Makeup designer (and creative director of Chanel cosmetics) Peter Philips pressed gold and silver leaf on models’ lids for the Fendi runway show this year, drawing a thick black cat-eye along the lash line and then placing delicate, reflective sheets all the way up past the brow bone.  With the eyes being the statement, Philips kept the rest of the look clean, dusting on a bit of Chanel Joues Contraste Blush and dabbing a touch of Pro Lumière foundation onto lips to take them down in color.
