EMMA STONE: is a red carpet fave with her striking sleek looks, but it would be fun to see her in this Marchesa fringe dress or this Oscar de la Renta embellished ball gown
OCTAVIA SPENCER: isn’t afraid to flaunt her curves and often chooses gowns that hug her in all the right places, so it would be fun to see her in a dramatic cape dress, such as this Ralph and Russo number.
NATALIE PORTMAN: has a signature pregnancy style on the red carpet, usually opting for loose fitting dresses which are often hard to pull off with a growing bump, but with some tailoring tweaks this Valentino pick would look effortless on her.
RUTH NEGGA: is a style star to keep an eye on…favoring higher necklines, fitted waists and shoulder details, I can already envision this Marchesa gown on her.
NICOLE KIDMAN: has always been a favorite and a ‘red carpet risk taker’ in my book, which is why it was hard to pick only one dress for her…I chose both this Marchesa black and white option as well as a gold Jenny Packham gown.
VIOLA DAVIS: stays true to her style, often picking vibrant shades of color with a sleek and sexy shape. This Pamela Rolland choice doesn’t sway too far away from her usual strapless picks but the fabric does add some dimension and glam for the red carpet.
MERYYL STREEP: is not new to the red carpet (or the Oscar stage!) She always brings the elegant factor time and time again, this Elie Saab jumpsuit with a train has a regal feel which would be perfect for another win.
