I always hear friends wishing they could experiment with their hair color without going overboard…and there’s a new trend in tresses that’ll let you do just that! From eccentric Katy Perry to the usually au naturel Dakota Fanning, Hollywood’s been embracing soft touches of pastel.  You can DIY with a homemade chalk mixture or check out a new wave of temporary washout highlights (I tried on my intern the other day…pics here!)
